My friend told me today that they were having gas wars down in Shawnessy and that gas is 53.9 so anyone who lives near the far south should go fill up.

I have yet to go though.

but the esso there has it for 1 or 2 cents more, w/o the line up

actualy esso should be the same...i know the esso in midnapore is 53.9... :eek:

cheapest is at superstore (if you shop there)

53.9 and then you get 8 cents superbucks with coupon (so really it is like having gas at 45 cents)

That's too far for me. I just fill up in Douglas Glen.

56.4 after discount.

i got 51.4 from esso a couple days ago..

and yesterday when i went to superstore....they fucken ran outa gas!!

just so you know the prices have been down in the mid 50's for at least 2 weeks, there is no rush to get down there and fill up, it isnt one of those one day things :thumbsup:

Gas has been Really Cheap in Douglasdale the last couple weeks 56-59 cents/l.....i got premium for 66/l yesterday....thats pretty Sad, that those prices are good.

Douglasdale always has cheap gas, im glad I live in the area.

I heard superstore's gas isn't that good.
I try only going to Esso for the 92 octane. haha.

if im correct that gas war is going to be long term due to Walmart's entry into the gas business with Murphy oil. And we all know about Walmarts low cost strategy...

I wonder why there are still lines. It's been this cheap for 3 weeks now. The highest I've seen it around here is like 55 cents.

There is rumor that another murphy oil is going in at the new walmart on 130th... but i fill up at the 7-11/petrocanada in douglas glen, 59.9 plus 3.5c/l discount

hehe, I'm constantly down south, and yeah damn cheap gas doesn't make racking up the km's as bad any more. :)
