Custom intercooler end tanks

Hey im just wondering who can make these and weld these on for me. i will have 4 sections of intercooler 17.75" by 9.5" and i hope to have them have a 3" intake and outlet pipes

Why would you want 3" in/out?

Fab them out of cardboard then take it to Aerotech to get made and welded up.

what would you suggest for size? i just figured its roughly the same size as the intake piping.

the cars they will be going on will be an S13 silvia and a 90 integra

I'd go with 2.25 even. Too big of a diameter = more lag!

Depends what you are going to run for boost. If it is close to stock boost levels 2" will be plenty. Anything much bigger and you'll see more lag.
