LOL, I got the same 15 reports thing.
The W indicates it's made in germany, and the P indicates it's either Pontiac or Porsche, that much is easy to find =)
Perhaps I'll post this request on an american forum, it's an american-owned car.

HA, turns out it's a mileage incorrect title, that asshole was selling it as a clear title, and he mis-represented the mileage (he says 94,000 miles, registry says 96,000).
Sounds like a big barganing chip to me =)
