B18B losing power

i just bought an acura integra 94 ls and when i bought it, it ran perfect but since ive had it ive driven it kind of hard and it feels like its losing power and i need advice to make more power or make the power come back. :burnout:

It's a Honda, are you sure it had any power to begin with? :D (a comment just about as helpful as our moderators are) You may want to get a tune up done, make sure the cat is not clogged, injector cleaner...etc

ya do a tune up check your spark plugs and injectors and evan your distuributor. and if you evan want to go this far go get a compression test on your cylinders

how many KM do you have on this motor?

do a compression and leak down test. if it checks out good do regular maintanence like distributos cap, distributor rotor, spark plugs, injector cleaner, fuel filter and other shit like that.
