Alright, as some of you know I work at the airport for a company called ATS.

We are really short staffed right now, and with xmas coming up its only going to get worse, if you can make it through the xmas rush, you can do anything lol.

ATS @ the Calgary Int'l Airport has part-time and full time baggage handling positions open.
Starting wage is $8.50 + benefits after 3 months I believe.
Wages increase quite quickly.

Forward resumes to Rich or Lyndon by fax 291-0998
Or call 291-0965 ext. 107

Must pass criminal check
and MUST have a drivers license.

If you are going to apply, use my name your resume will be looked at immediately.
(Scott S.)

If you need a job ASAP, I think were trying to put together a training class for as many applicants as possible.

Good luck and hope to see you on the ramp:thumbsup:

What do they do? and it's an outdoor type job right?

ecstasy_civic

yes its outdoor, but you get alot of breaks indoors too.

Basically, if you can count and stack some luggage, you can do this job, its not hard.

So what would I have to do to get into Wednesdays class?

If I email you my resume tonight would you be able to set that up for me?

I can get you into wed. class,
if at all possible, and you cant fax your resume, you can drop it off in person, tell me what time you might be there, and I can meet you at the office, and get you set up with an interview asap.

ATS isn't a bad job if u dont mind the cold...its quite an easy job. altho i work over at the cargo side so i dont really know how things work over at international side. but this place is good for its flexible work schedules.

Wonder if ive met you yet? lol

I like the job, its a bit un-nerving at first when your new, but once you get the hang of it, it can be fun when your on a crew.

Actually.. if anyone in Edmonton wants a job, PM me, I can get you one almost immediately (This isnt a thread jack, as people from Edmonton wouldnt really be your potential "recruits" lol)

Anyone hired in December gets a $500 sign-on bonus if you stay for 3 months.
