Hey all. I have a question for those that work at Telus. I want to know how hard it is, or if it's possible, to get a printout for the calls you received on a certain day. The reason I ask, is because my work said they called me for double-time overtime on Sunday, and my caller ID says they didn't. Now, if I can prove that they didn't, I get paid for the shift without actually working it. :D

All answers appreciated.

If it's a cell phone you should get a print out of all of that on your phone bill, shouldn't you? I'm not sure how land lines work with that though

Yeah, it's my land-line that I'm wondering about. I'm not asking anyone here if they can do this for me. I just want to know if it's possible, and how I'd go about it.

Tell the phone company that you have been recieving harrassing calls from your work and want to know what time they called you.

There must be a way to find out.

TELUS does not keep a log of Land Line Local Calls.

You are SOL.

My bro works at Telus he says you can. He says you have to get permission from cops and stuff. Otherwise if you just call them they will say you cant. But if you can prove its for some kind of security reasons and cops are involved, then yeah. But in your case, i doubt it.

Only chance is, if your boss called from his cell phone.

Not worth one shift's pay so your boss can see you're taking advantage of the system.
