Blurry CRT help

I have this Daytek 19 inch CRT monitor and its only 2 years old. The screen has gone completely blurry like everything is out of focus. Does anyone know if this is fixable? or how it seemed to fry itself like that.

on the back there should be 3 or 4 spots for holes, that are 'covered up' those are the access holes for the monitor adjustment.

either pop those plastic caps and use whatever screwdriver to adjust those screws, or remove the back cover and do the same thing.

be very careful if removing the back cover, as monitors carry a huge voltage, and the capacitors are also live.

unplug the monitor and hold the power button for 15 seconds to drain teh caps :)
