I'm selling a 1987 Honda CR-X Si Glasstop. I would like to see this car sold by the end of December, the asking price is $6000+GST with the Integra wheels, $5500 without.

It has rust bubbling on the right rear fender lip and has a couple holes in the exhaust (= loud). It runs and drives great.

PM or call Christian at (403) 238.8302. (I'm going to be away from Dec 20-23, so please leave a message)

What wheels will beon it instead of the GSR wheels for $5500?

I have steelies with cracked/worn tires if you don't want the Integra wheels, they're what came with the car, but they'll need new tires immediately.

JDM EF = 1987-1992

I hate to be a dick but dont we already have enough rusty crx's in Canada. Now we are importing rusty ones from Japan?

^That's a fast little car, it has the glass top which only came JDM and it's RHD, it's tad more of an "enthusiasts" crx if you will but definetly a cool car to have. If you don't have anything positive to say about the sale keep it to yourself.

*BUMP* Think the price is a little too high, make me an offer. Also we'll throw in a set of uninstalled used GAB adjustable struts and RS*R springs at $6000.

Is the kit a real Mugen or replica?

that's a real mugen kit... DAMN!

Unfortunately I would have to suggest that the kit is not Mugen, the bumpers don't have the greatest fit (the skirts and door pieces fit nicely). I removed the front bumper to replace the horns, and I was told that a real Mugen kit should have a metal Mugen plate on the inside of the bumper. I could be wrong though....

its a knock off if i had to say :dunno:

the real mugen ef kit has a stamp on the inside of the front bumper. The stamp should be blue and red (i think) i had pics on my comp somewhere but cant seem to find them.

also if you look at the size of the holes in the front bumper there too tall or large. the real mugen kits holes are long and not very tall. like the below pic

and the side skirts (if there real) have a indent for a mugen badge right under where a "sidemarker" light would be placed.

btw - just though i'd add that since there seems to be some confussion :dunno:

good luck with the sale and yummy glass roof  i'll have my muge sir some day lol :D

Hrm,

u seem to b missing some of interior parts, like the glovebox and the trimming,

is that gonna b difficult and expensive to replace considering its a RHD vehicle?

The parts are cheap, its getting them shipped from Japan that is expensive. I believe the kick panels have been cut and can be replaced with domestic CRX kick panels.

How does a 20 year old car have that low Kms?

its an 18 year old car and because in japan they have strict rules on how much you can drive your car. You have to go through tests and such to get it re-certified. All the japanese cars have low kms.
