The guy's got balls, that's for sure. When I was in NYC, I was almost run down by a FedEx truck, on the sidewalk!! Buddy didn't want to pull back out in traffic, so he drove up the sidewalk, to his next delivery. With that in mind, he's got stones for jumping from a building and puposely landing in traffic. Not many of the drivers will acknowledge pedestrians on the sidewalks or crosswalks, let alone ones falling from the sky!
