Hi everyone,

I have a Command Start remote starter (unknown model but I assume it is the basic or cheapest model) with a cs-555 2 button remote. Would someone have a copy of the manual that could be e-mailed to me. I need to re-program the remote.

Thanks

Pressing Button I will start the vehicle.

Depending on the unite Model # you can stop the vehicle by pressing Button I,
On the 2500 to stop the vehicle you press Button I then Button II.

Button II controls the doorlocks (Lock and Unlock)
Both buttons together control the trunk.

Pressing Button I then Button II then Both will toggle the Cold Start feature on and off. Three flashes of the parklights mean it is on, four flashes means it is off.

Hope this helps:thumbsup:

I have this this same remote and the other day it just stopped working. I'm thinking that I need to reset it but don't have a clue how to do it. Previously I would push button 1 and it would start, now when I push button 1 it just beeps but nothing happens. I thought maybe it was the battery, but I replaced it and now nothing. Can someone help me? Please? it is -31 here right now and a real buggar to have to go outside to start the car....hahaha.

Make sure the hood switch isn't broken or grounding out.
You can unplug it and try the starter to see if that helps.
