Car Camera Mounts

I would like to know where you can get the camera mounts used to mount the camera on the outside of your car. Or does somebody know how to make one?

I believe some people use special suction cups ( at least 3 at different locations), or straps that attach inside the car and go through the door trunk.

I've found that most people who have made good ones want to keep it a secret on what exactly they did.
