you are going to need alot of power for those. i have a MRD D500 which cost 900 dollars and i need another one

since they are dual 4 you are better off getting a 2ch amp since you probably won't find a 1ohm mono amp for $200 and running a mono amp at 4 ohms is a waste of power, i have a kicker ix1302
i could let go of for $200.

underrated at 12.5 V

you actually dont need as much power as any of you say...i was running those with an Alpine MRV-T707 for the longest time which like i said powered those decently, i then switched to a JL 500/1 and it made a difference but not an incredible one

the mrd-m500 isn't 1ohm mono stable so you will only be running 125watts to each sub

:werd:
running that amp @ 4 ohms is like running a "SHAKER" amp from XS CARGO...
and at 1 ohm it will slip into protection or start a fire...
