mainly to show off, if you need 2 bov's becuase 1 won't hold enough boost, then just go to a stronger BOV

isnt it better to have 2 BOV's if ur car is twin turbo ?

If one valve would only hold back 10 psi adding another one would not make a difference. One of them would still leak at 10 psi. The reason for two on a single pipe would be for faster venting.

2m6, yoiu are right, but i will also add that it is more for a TT application because of 2 blowers blowing forced air through the same pipe and having the 2 bovs will vent the proper amount of air.

No. It depends on how much mass air is being vented, which is dependent on somewhat on displacement and turbo size.
