As the topic says I need one of those, my mom lost hers somehow, probbaly didn't tighten it on enough so we need another if someone has one lying around or can get one for free/cheap that would be awsome.

scrapyard would be a good start. You can always check with a dealership, sometimes stuff like that can be really cheap...or really expensive being the more likely of the two.
