all you need is the originals still stored on your mem card. because you can take them to court for this. anything that's posted on the internet is automatically copyrighted as long as you have the original working copy (.psd file for photoshop type stuff) so i'm assuming this applies to photos as well as long as u have the originals

UPDATE: welll ... the ads now down .. they emailed me back admitting responsibility... but the big wigs will not respond to my emails or phone calls .. so i think im gonna call 3 times a day till i can talk to someone... and as for ebay .. the people that were selling my car go ttheir auction shut down .. and now an investigation has started ..
