Look for a welding shop. It shouldn't cost more than 50 bucks.

it's a bit more than that...i need the old one cut out, new one cut out from a car at a wrecker or something then welded in.

Not to be done right.

Maybe $50 if you wanted a warped quarter and all the seems to rust.

Welding quarters is an art, just like shaving door handles. It's something you want a pro to do - and something that will cost a hefty price (I've seen pro's charge 1000/side (Including a new quarter)).

I know I would never try it on my on, and I've done my fair share of bodywork (Fixing rollovers, etc...). Even my dad wouldn't teach me because he hasn't done it in over 15 years, and it would take too much work to get back into it.
