I need a good shoulder routine as I've been neglecting mine lately. I need something that will build nice round shoulders.

Here's what I'm doing now:

DB shoulder press - 4 x 6-10
Machince Shoulder Press - 3 x 6-10
Deltoid fly - 3 x 6-10
DB Flys - 3 x 6-10

Any advice or modifications would be great.

Why you doing dumbell flys for your chest on your Shoulder day?
by deltoid fly do you mean lateral raises?
you should consider adding 2 things

Front raises
and Shrugs for your traps

:werd: Shrugs are great for traps and rear delts.

throw in some Arnie Shoulder dumbell press in the mix and you should be good.

ie. its a shoulder press with dumbells modified. Extend the weight as usual, at the bottom of the rep, fold the weights inwards. Like your trying to see the inside of your palms, so the final resting position is with your elbows in front of your chest and your hands in front of your face. Go back to starting position by folding open and press upwards....gl

This should make your shoulders burn, I always do this last to zap what stength I have left....

Upright row's always feel good on my shoulders.

I typically have done military press, lateral raise and upright row. My shoulders are always sore after that....

There's that one where you can sit on the pec deck backwards, and your arms move from in front of you, to behind you. That one would hit the rear portion of the delt (Which there aren't many exercises that do).
