i put my car on here awhile ago to sell, and they had this deal where if your car doesnt sell within 30 days you get your money back. so my car has been on there for 3 months now so i sent in what they asked for in order to get my money back, i did that 2 months ago and still nothing. i emailed them many times trying to figure out why i did not get my omney back and i have been ignored. just a heads up mycarsold is a load of shit and they are a bunch of scammers!:guns:

There is another thread going around for this kind of shit. Seems like a shady company to deal with in the first place.

Greatcarsandtrucks.com

or some shit like that is the same company. Bunch of low life scammers. They will call you if you placed an ad on Autotrader.com to advertise with them.

Autotrader is the only place to advertise a car.

Shitty deal, but look at that site. It basically says waste of money as soon as you search anything. When you search Honda Civic of all years, you get like 4 listings. Obviously this site is rarely used by people searching for a car so it would be a waste of money to spend 69.95 to get a listing.

I believe I may have fallen for the same trick with www.vehiclesforsale.ca

If it is in fact a scam, your only course of action (legally) is to report it to the Better Business Bereau and leave it at that. I don't know what I was doing giving my credit card number over the phone anyways:banghead:
