Thanks. I was really happy with the clarity of the city on that shot.

As for the ad, its with marketing right now, due for an early 05 release.

And it goes without saying, but please don't take any of these images for any sort of use without my permission first. Thanks! :)

It's not too hard, I pick the shots that I thought were super awesome and then I weigh them against the ones that the people looking at them thought were the best! :) I'm actually super picky so finding maybe 15 "super awesome" shots over the course of the year is somewhat of a challenge! haha lots of 'good' and 'great' ones, but the 'super awesome' arent so easy to come by! :D

Wow phenomonal work guys!
Do the photographers in Calgary ever have meets and share tips/tricks?
I just picked up a decent camera on Boxing Day and wouldn't mind learning how to bring it to its full potential :)

Yep, the beyond photogs have gotten together a few times, we go to a fun place, take a bunch of photos, share each other's tips, tricks and toys and make a few new friends while we're at it...we haven't had one in a while though, every time we get one going it usually falls through cause so many people flake out or arent interested

I'm not much of a photographer, but seeing many of the experienced photographers' work inspired me to learn a bit this year. Pretty much anything decent I took ended up in the "Post Your Latest Picture" threads. But here are some of my favorites:

This company recently underwent a new front page face lift with a pice of my recent work. It features company built MK4 VW GTI Stage 3 1.8T currently owned by Fluidic here on beyond, as it rolls over the flyover into the downtown core. The Calgary Tower in the background adds a nice hometown touch to this Calgary based VW tuning shop.
