LG dl dvd burner help

I rented Resident Evil: Apocalypse and Troy tonight, and my LG dvd player won't load up these 2 movies. It loads up other movies fine though. Any idea?

The model # is GSA-4163B-BK.

download latest firmware for ur burner, search it on lg site or google

my gf dvd drive did that to her sims 2 dvd edition, wouldn't recognize, updated the firmware and bam, all works

yeah, i did a google search and found the firmware update.
