Looking to rent a garage

I'm wondering if anybody has a single or double car garage available to rent. I am planning to part a car out, it should take less than a month, but absolute worst case, 2 months. After the car is parted, I would like to finish fixing a car I just bought in there. This will be a very clean operation from start to finish, and all work will be done during the day. Looking for something pretty reasonably priced. Ideally the garage would be heated with power, but we will settle for neither if I can run an extension cord from the house, as I can bring a heater with me.

No idea if this is quite the right section to post in, so please move this thread if it is incorrect.
