Depends on the car. I had one replaced after an accident. My quote shows $750 parts plus 13hrs body labor @$47/hr from A1.

Depends on the part as well.
Genuine Honda Quarter panels are expensive.
Reason being is that the metal is alot thicker than an aftermarket piece.

On most imports, rear quarter panel includes C pillar - side roof - A pillar cover, it's a big piece.
