Poker question

Heyyy.. I got a poker question..

Ok I know that minors are not allowed to be gambling in casinos, or whatever, but what about homegames and stuff, is it illegal for minors to play at home?

Like these guys want to get a game but they don't want cops to bust down there doors and whatnot, I know its not a concern. I said it was like underage drinking and smoking pot, sure its illegal, but no one is going to do anything about it.

Dude don't worry about it...nobody can do anything if you're a minor and are playing poker in your own house. Don't broadcast it or anything though. It's honestly not a big deal at all. Do what you want but don't be trying to get into tournaments or a casino. Then it's a different story.
