theres a dent on the back of the sub box. not much damage

I know very little about computors, but how do i know if these will work on mine? Right now i have it just pluged into the little jack on the back of the comp, is this the same way, one little jack?

What part of the city are you in? I need to talk to perents and see if they ahve a problem if i replace ours, are any of them blown?
