WTB: 144 pin laptop ram 128 or larger + pcmcia NIC

lookin for a 144 pin stick of laptop ram, at least 128 mb, preferrably larger...

also need a wired pcmcia nic, and a wireless one.

EDIT. just doing some research, this thing max's out at 256 mb of ram so i need either 1 256 or 2 128's.
