Rush hour, I am on the 3rd left lane, TRUCK with Trailer makes a left turn on the 2nd lane, I avoided him while I Flew on the curb..... exterior wise I think only the front RIGHT rim is bend, and the alignement is toasted.. :banghead:

Guess I want be coming to solo2 today.

Anyone know of a good place to Fix bend rims? or should I just get a new one?!

Damn dude that must hurt. Try this place they do nice work. My friend scraped his Lexus rims and they managed to repair it to perfect shape.

He paid $130 to repair a stock IS300 rim. But yours are coloured so that might cost you even more. Maybe its better just to get a brand new one.

Get a new one - its too expensive to repair there. If you can get a brand new one for 179, its better than paying them to repair it. My friend's rim costed hmi $150 to repair, and he could have just bought another one for that price - although it did come out like new...

I second Alberta Wheel Repair too... they redid my wheels when the dealership fscked up when mounting the tires and scraped a bunch of paint off.

I just call, I will have to bring in for an estimate ($130-$165), but I am expecting around 200 bucks total with tax (My guess).. a coworker of mine had his 18 inch fixed there for around 165 (but came out to 200 bucks), and also my rims are painted (Gunmetal) so I think it might cost a bit more then his....

those are motegi rims right? why not just replace the bent ones. motegi rims are fairly cheap.

if I can find a shop that have them in stock, I heard they are on Back Order.

this might sound strange but have you checked canadian tire? i think they carry some motegi wheels. IMO its not worth fixing rims if the damage is more than a curb rash. my last set of rims i cracked 2 of them in a accident. replaced one and had alberta wheels fix the other. they suggested i don't fix it cause anything mroe than a curb rash it will make them weak. i fixed it anyways and traded the set of rims to some retard by the name of.......... oh wait, i better not mention his name

hmm was looking at it right now and it seem the right front wheel is push "back" (to the rear) a bit..... I freakin hope this is only an alignement problem.....

That's why next time I get in that situation I'm going not going for the curb. It's NEVER just a dent or two.
