Do you have the projectors?

they should be 4300k. most oem ones are. its the projector that produces the color band at the cutoff. if you want blue go for bmw, if you want purple go for audi or mercedes.

with projectors the shine purple-ish blue..without (in my EF) they shine blue, like a maxima, or a CL type S..

i do have 2 german made ballasts though... asking $150 for the 2...just get some bulbs!! For the interested buyer, i have no problem meeting up, and showing the ballasts work. Just don't waste my time.. PM me for more Info..
