Shoulder Pain..Rotar Cup torn

I got my MRI back and I got a tear in my rotar cup, it may require surjery anyone else got this done?
I have also been working it out regularly.

dude that sucks sorry to here that, me as being a ex-lineman during football my shoulder came out of place like 7 times through my career they would pop it back in place and iced it. they also told not me to lift to hard so dont lift, but if u do lift lift real light:thumbsup:

Samething when I played football in high school It got dislocated ever since then its been bugging me
