if your drunk and riding a bike...would u be charged for DUI??.....i never done this before...i'm just curious

usually the cop will not arrest you just give you a ride home in the cop car.... (not speaking from experience though ;) )

If you are talking about a motorbike....yes, and I wouldn't even try it.

Pretty sure it's possible because bike couriers can be charged with running red lights and other road infractions.

I'd have a good laugh watching someone tanked trying to ride a bike, I've seen it, pretty funny.

kinda off topic but i heard that if u get a DUI your not allowed to leave the country for some time is that true

with a dui comes a criminal record....not that you are allowed to leave, nobody wants you

Bicycles don't count for impaired driving legislation. Riding one while impaired in traffic could lead to another type of DUI though, Dead Under the Influence....

my dad got impaired once and when he went to court the juge told him he can't drive any thing on wheels including a bicycle

They tried to charge some guy with that in NH recently. His driver's license had been suspended, so he was riding his bicycle home from the bar and got stopped by the cops. There was a minor public outcry, since he was generally perceived as trying to do the right thing, and the charges were subsequently dropped.
