I saw a Black Dodge Intrepid Police ghost car today on Deerfoot, pulled over some truck...

the windows aren't even tinted!!!

Just a word of caution!

I seen a blue dodge caravan with no tinted windows too .... those popo cars are just too evil!!!:devil:

Ya the Calgary Police were testing those Intrepids at Race City at the end of summer and now they're on the roads! watch out for them!

I heard that the new intrepids are modified to be the fastest cruisers. 0-100 in mid 7s apparently

There's one now (the black intreprid) at Center just south of McKnight (after that golf course). They are catching speeder there again....

I went to Edmonton a few days ago and on my way back I saw a white Intrepid too. When I drove by I saw a radio communicator and two officers in uniform. Then 15 minutes later I saw another champagne color Intrepid which was a ghost car. Then both of them turned off in Red Deer.

It's amazing how many cops there are on the highway to and from Edmonton. I saw a total of 5!

no diggity no doubt !.

Ive seen unmarked chevys with the red and blue, taurus's jeez is it ever crazy going to edmonton.

i always see so many.

I hauled ass this weekend to E-Town and back and only saw 1 RCMP, parked behind a wall with Lazer set up...luckily some nice semi going in the other direction warned me by flashing his high beams, I slowed down and there he was, it was golden.

45 min from E-Town to Red Deer.;)

im pretty sure they have to, its a registry thing

normal vehicles get the sticker with year on it, other vehicles like rental cars, taxis, buses, company cars (my dads comp car has a black sticker on the plate ) and COP CARS all have to have a black sticker that says "FLEET PR"

I was downtown on 5th ave yesterday in rush hour.

And i heard the cop sirons go off.

I look and a suburban and Astro van completly unmarked not even police interceptor are flying by.

there taillights were flashing red and it wasnt red and blue.

pretty crazy.

i've noticed that most ghost cars have a big round thing above their driver sied mirror, i can only figure it to be an aimable spotlight or a radar.
