HID D2S Ballast question

I'm retrofitting my wife's Pontiac Grand Prix GTP with Audi TT D2S projector lamps.

I have the projectors. I just need the ballasts and bulbs.

How is Philips for ballasts? Is there any point any getting anything besides Hella?

Phillips is what most euro oem use. They also use osram.
