Hey I was just wondering what everyone’s routine for working out was. Mine is
Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Back
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: Shoulders/ Deltoid
Friday: Biceps / Triceps

And also wondering if it is worth taking in creatine i already take in protein about 88grams after iam done my work out.

Creatine can be allright but it's mostly water retention within the muscles. You can make some quick gains in your lifts as the muscles are able to recover quickly.

My routine is similar to yours except that I work Chest and Triceps and Back/Biceps.

A lot of pressing movements such as flat bench work the triceps. Also, dips are a really good chest and tricep excercise. If I worked triceps on a seperate day I'd feel that I was overtraining my arms as they would basically be getting shocked both days.

What are your stats? Age, Height, Weight, Estimated BF?

age: 17 Height: about 5'9" weight: 165 bf: 30 pounds give or take

I'm poor now...so it's ichiban time. I expect to lose about 5-10lbs until I settle. grrr

Monday :Beer and Pizza
Tuesday : Beer and pasta
wednesda: Beer and wings
thursday: beer and hambuger
friday: some rye and what ever is on the menu at the catcus club
saturday: sleep
sunday: get ready for monday with some beer and nascar (ok no i hate nascar :D)
I walk about 2km a dey to and from work.. and then all the running around i do at work too..

Monday: Sleeping in class workout.
Tuesday: Sleeping in class workout.
Wednesday: Sleeping in class workout.
Thursday: actually using my brain to learn during class (very strenuous workout)
Friday: banging head on table wishing that i paid attention during the week workout.
Saturday: sleep, sex, maybe gym
Sunday: the channel clicking workout, or the gaming thumb workout.
