Nothing wrong with the car, just wanna buy a new one

asking 17500 you take the car as is. paint work on front bumper is needed and windshield needs to be repaired

or take over the lease and buy out..
i have 7 months left on the lease and it's a 16430 buy out.

Just a word of caution for both buyers and sellers for this and future reference: The law states that any damages >$2000 has to be stated by the seller, otherwise the buyer can later reverse the sale.

usually very untrue. the seller will get investigated, but 9 times out of 10 they are let off.

this is why curbing cars is such a profitable business to be in.
