not really, they are talkin about when you go to turn the car off, if its not in park and you can still pull the key out, maybe your old, and its in neutral or something and rolls, thats bad,

my car on the other hand, i usually start it in the morning to let it warm up and take my keys back inside with me

my mom's old accord (91) could be started with the key from my uncle's civic (92).

I think alot of hondas from 97-99ish had ignition problems, i know my car has a recall, most civics, crv's, etc...

Very common with hondas of that year. At an office I worked at a long time ago, 1 key was able to be used to open 2 coworkers 3 civics and was able to start 2 of them
