Don't worry, I was duped at first too.

Neat looking creatures though.

even if it's not from the tsunami, it's scary to think there are things like that living in the ocean, especially that big black one with the huge teeth! ouch!

Cool pics!

The fish in pic 8 is the same fish in Finding Nemo with the 'light bulb' hanging from its head (an Angler fish). Pic 12 is a gulper eel. I think the fish in pic 11 is related to sharks.

As interesting as I find deep sea animals, they also disgust me at the same time :barf:

the one with the teeth (pic8) doesnt grow much over 8-10 inches long, so dont get too scared

The thing in pic #3 looks human. it has a nose, eyes, cheek and lip characteristics... like George Costanza from Seinfeld.

whoa i didnt think so many ppl would find those fish to be "strange." ive seen preserved examples or at least pics of most of those fish in some fairly introductory zoology classes. if i were smarter id remember the names of all of them too heh

So many cool things live deep down near the bottom of the ocean.
