The error was announced by Future Shop and they were not selling it for the advertised price as there was a clarrification due to flyer error released before there was enough time to omit it.

Yup, MX500 was the one for 14.99, the 510's were 59.99, $10 off. Retractions were printed in-store. The 500's are the same deal, just not red or blue. And just to clarify, it's likely that they won't work too well on reflective surfaces just like other optical mice (with the exception being the MX1000 laser mouse..)

I got this mouse for 15, works well.

The ones that were selling for 15 were only on the online flyer, not the instore flyer or instore displays. I had to show them the futureshop website to get the price. Not bad considering it was on the shelf labelled for like 50 bucks or something.

It was funny too because the guy in front of me in the line had the same mouse and paid full price for it. I didn't say anything though because he cut me off getting into line!

I think szw got the mx510 and the cashier let him get it for $15. I guess the cashier didn't read the instore notice.

No, I got the Mx500. Cashier didn't know what to do and made me go to customer service. The girl at CS tried to look on the website but couldn't find the online flyer...then disappeared into the back for 10 minutes but came back and rang it up as 14.99.

I was at northland too, this was on the last day of the 'sale'.

Oh I see... if you had the mx510 for $15 then you got a good deal too. When I got mine from Northland FS, there were 2 left on the bottom shelf somewhere in a corner.
