Burning ISO files

so how do you get them onto Cd's im kind lost with this

and what program do i use to do it?

Use NERO and choose > Burn Image.

If it's a .bin, in NERO, choose Burn Image and click on drop down to "All Files (*.*), then click on the .cue that comes with the .bin and click burn.
