How many times do you take it and how many gr in a day.
I use Whey Concentrate,
I take about 3 doses
Dose 1. After getting up
Dose 2. After workout with 2 scoops of Dextrose
Does 3. 30-40 mins before sleeping with cottage cheese
* Dose 4 if I get up in the middle of the night I may take another one.

typically you want 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight, but its better to get your protein from food rather than supplements.

Then you are probably eating too much PP per serving.
If you are doing 3 30 g doses, try splitting it into 6 15 g doses. You'll get better absorption and less gas :)
1g / lb of body weight is the standard, higher if you want to bulk more but don't neglect the rest of your diet. Supplements alone will not get you to your goals.

You should be trying to hit the number of grams of protein everyday, whether you're working out or not. In fact, off days it may be even more important, since those are the days your body is repairing the damage you did to your muscles during your workout. Again, make sure whey isn't your only source of protein - I try to make sure it makes up just under half of my protein grams with the rest made up by regular diet (meats/cheeses/milk/etc).

yah I still eat like 5-6 meals a day.
example of my food intake
Protein Shake right when getting up.
1. oatmeal with orange juice,
Protein Shake after workout
2. 5-6 Eggs with toast beans 2-3 glass of juice
3. (2) Peanut butter sandwich's or tuna sandwich
4. 2 Garnola Bars, ie. snack food,
4. Chicken Breast with Patato's and greens
5. Protein Shake before 30-45mins before sleep
Added 2L of Water,
few glasses Milk, juice through out the day as well.
Right now my diet is basically, around 400-450 gram protein, 400-500gram carbs, and around 80 gram fat.

lifts are as follows, no spot, been training 2 years
BP, 295 for 3
SQ, 365 for 3 (needs bigtime work)
DL, 455 for 1
I'm sure I can press 315 for 1, and I think I can squat 405 for 1

I take protein supplements once on days I work out. My protein shake consists of 32g of protein, 16g of dextrose and 16g of maltodextrin.
