dsp upgrade

does anyone have any info on adding a sub and a amp to a e39 that have the stereo with dsp

See if you can find wiring diagrams for the stereo(the Bently guide i have for my 328 has this info for the 3-seires).

If the system does not have a pre-out you can use you are most likely going to have to get a line-level adapter and splice off of the rear speaker(s) to run the sub amp.
