Realistic times?

A guy from another forum I frequent makes these claims about his car, do they seem realistic?

Sweet Mitsubishi nonetheless.

1/8 mile mph - 107.932
0-60 ft - 1.321

is he claiming bhp or whp? either way i think his acceleration claims are slightly ambitious, a low 10 in a heavy car like a 3000gt(or gto) would likely need more hp than the numbers given, but i could be wrong. my best guess is he's full of :bullshit:

Just using the simple calculator without too much info gives me this:

11.4@119MPH

There might be special circumstances with that car but with only 450-500 and a hefty weight it's not going into the 10's.

BTW: if you were this guy and could afford to, oh lets say drop $15k in parts as he probably did (if his claims are true), wouldn't you at least LOWER your car? (look at the pic) on this fact I'm callin':bullshit:
