If MYWIFESHOT's personality is anything like the way he represents himself in his posts I wouldn't deal with him.

He gets my vote. Very knowledgeable. Even though I'm not dealing with him, he's answered alot of my questions as I'm currently going through the home building process right now. I'd recommend him anyday.

Any decent realtor would know just as much if not more.

2 bedroom homes aren't hard to find, but houses built and designed like that are!

did you ever see the "befores" of it?

I actually have the magazine it was published in...and when the realtor took us there, I was like...this looks familiar..

Yup, I have a copy of the Architectural Digest that it was featured in too.. not really a reno as much as a tear down, but very dramatic difference.

haha definitely....very well done tear down compared to some others i've seen..

Is it going to be hard to furnish the house? to me, it seemed that everything was reallly 'tailored' to the house..or somehow very matching..

either way, congrads on a pimpin' house

Yeah, it will take some time.. I am going to buy most of the stuff that is in it now, so I will have a huge head start. Biggest thing will be finding art and other things that take time. I'm in Manhattan right now though, so I should be able to sort out most of that stuff this week.
