WTT: XBOX-m for a PS2

As the title says i am looking to trade my Xbox max with a ps2. Asap!
My xbox comes with lots of games w/ 3 controller.

The only difference I can think of, is that the older xbox's you couldnt get music off of burnt cd's, and the new ones you can?
