As of today, I've lost 50 lbs :) . I was at 48 lbs just before the holidays,but after all the treats,and then going to Cuba I gained 6 lbs back (too many rum and cokes !!:nut: ) . I got back on the wagon on 12 Jan and lost the 8 lbs :) .

I started 17 July .My next goal is to loose another 50 lbs by 01 August ,and then loose and 10-20 lbs after that.

I'm feeling great , and looking forward to buying some new clothes in the Spring. :clap:

No junkfood,no fast food,no pop. Eating lots of salads,fruits,lean chicken ,drinking lots of water. For exercise,I walk 9 kms 3-4 times a week ,and do a light workout with weights.

I'm also using Usana health products. I drink a shake for breakfast,and take their vitamins and mega AO pills 3 times a day.
Their stuff isn't cheap,but it appears to work for me.

I occasionally cheat ,maybe once a week,as a treat.

I've been loosing 6-8 lbs a month.

that sounds like what my dad is doing, pretty soon he's gonna be in better shape then me.

btw, word of advice from my dad, if you are going to cheat on your diet once a week, make sure it is WELL worth it, don't go for the cookie, go for the cake :rofl:

way to go bud :thumbsup: , keep the carb count low and youll shed off the rest of the weight before you know it.
