I appreciate all 240's (and I can see how much the owner loves his car!) but I have to admit that I think S15 fronts on S13's look..:dunno:... completely wrong. Maybe I've seen too many pics of real S15's or something but the car looks like (and is like) it was designed by 2 completely different designers in different decades.


Silvia face is the only swap for me, Keep it real oldschool!

I guess a mod edited out the location :dunno: . But no worries.... I doubt it will get jacked(He's prolly got a serious security system). But definately a sweet car and lots of respect to the owner for being so dedicated to this project.

oh I so agree, I could never figure out whether or not I liked the S13.5 look, but check THIS out, its an S15 with a 180sx nose, and it follow the lines of the S15 perfectly due the fact that the S15 has those ribs on the side that angle down, and the 180sx's nose follows that line:thumbsup:

there is no single part on that car that is 180sx on it. Its a custom fiberglass front end, none of those parts would fit a s13. thats why the lines fit follow so well hehe.

props for the work put into it, but I agree with kevin. The s15 front kind of looks funny on the s13. But I like late 80's and early 90 vehicles best.

Well the only s15 front that i really loved on an s13 was orrins (dark knights). That car started to look like something else. Still would love to hear when that car is actually going to make an appearence.

Its that just a fiberglass kit or was it like orrins with genuine parts?

I think the s15 front looks pretty good on a s13.

It's fibreglass. If you look at it closely you can see little waves and ripples in the fenders. I beleive the kit came from extreme dimensions, and it probably fit like crap to begin with. They did a pretty good job with the body work and paint though.
A lot more has been done to that car that what appears, a lot of it with new parts from nissan. I think it looks good, but you guys are right, the s13 front end suits it a little better. It would look better on a fully done up coupe.

Major props on the car though, Maybe Kent will come out with us on our s13 meets this summer.

Thanks for clarifying that spoon, whether its a bolt on or not the 180sx style nose mates to the S15 body like heaven on wheels!

I think the reason the car stated in this thread looks a little "off" is because the whole front end w/ hood has very hard extruded lines wheras the sides and rear are quite smooth. Props to the car though!

I don't know, the garage five s13 is just amazing and that car always looks awsome. I don't know I just haven't grown on certain s13's with the s15, might just be because they aren't very camera friendly, but I bet that car looks awsome in person. I just like the s15 front on the s14 better. just personal preference.

I love the 240sx's and all, but I'd rather stick to what it came with. I'm just not a big fan of mixing a car from 1990 with a front end from the present. Other than that the car is tight, but the bumper does look tan :dunno:

honestly, i dont know...as for mods, not too sure on the turbo...but it has a FMIC, HKS BOV, and exhaust...

the motor and turbo are stock...

as Mark mentioned above me, its running a GReddy FMIC, HKS SSQ, and a the exhaust, but don't recall which one...boost is set at the stock 7-8psi...and hes got a couple of guages...
