My favorite is Sushi Ichiban on 37st and Bow Trail.
Best Sushi for the Price.
Atmosphere may be lacking.

Towa is a good place. So is Hana Sushi down the street (not sure if they are done their renovations yet).

I believe Sushi Tokyo is all you can eat. (Chinatown in the Dragon City Mall)

I think the atmosphere is pretty decent. And yes, very good value, was there last night. I've been there probably 10 times and have not been disappointed....knock on wood.

Try Misato. It's in the strip mall by Sunterra Market on 17th Ave and Scirrocco Drive SW.

Sushi Boat's quality is not the greatest, but their pricing is awesome. I used to go there a lot.

I think it's Sushi Ginza that you're thinking of. Right next door to Ginger Beef. The wife and I used to go there quite a bit when we lived down south. Good in my books. The same owner as the one in Chinook mall and Eau Claire.

I completely agree, I think they sometimes have off days where the food isn't that good (tough or not fresh fish or whatever). Regardless, it is close to where i live, and it is a really fair price :) can't complain

cheers

I am a big fan of Cafe de Tokyo (bridgeland). greasy spoon type place but very good noodles and great sushi. occasionally the rolls aren't *perfect* like you would get at an expensive place, but is very cheap and authentic.

careful tho, they only accept cash

Soba Ten for noodles. Their sushi is alright too I guess although I usually just get Soba when I go there.

They only place in town that I know of where you can get real "fresh" ramen noodles. If you like the instant style ramen you'll appreciate the real stuff.

Not sure but I think that Shikiji on centre st has it too, my gf loves to eat that kind of stuff.
