Nope for the pair. I also have a set of 3" belts that I can throw in too. The belts are actual dated SFI approved.

I will throw them in. They arn't ant thing special, they are 3'' racing quick realease harnesses. ( 4pt )

I have a few people interested with my seats, if and when the seats are sold and the buyer does not want the belts they will be for sale. So having said that, I want my seats GONE!.
