The info:
1989 Chev Corsica hatchback
4 door automatic
2.8L V6
289,xxx km
Fairly new alternator and starter, brand new battery just bought it a month ago, and I just replaced the fuel filter a couple weeks ago, as well as an oil change.
Just rotated tires, front about 60%left, back about 35-40%
Just put on some fog lamps on as well.
The good:
If wanted, stereo included, but at extra cost, otherwise, unfortunately you're left with a brutal dash, to be honest. I have 2 12" Jensen subs 525w each, powered by 1 scosche 550w amp, a pioneer deck and a jensen EQ.
And now, the worst part...
The bad...
Just brought it into the shop to get the suspension checked...having some knocking sounds...
turns out the CV shaft is shot, as well as the struts.
The guy at the shop said its well worth it to fix it coz the car's still in good shape, interior, exterior, and the engine.
I can't afford to dole out the cash right now, but hes willing to give me 15% off on it to get it done, so if you want I can get him to do it for the buyer of the car. Like I say, I can't afford to put that cash on my car right now, and I need wheels so I'm seeing if anyone wants to buy it. I'd do it coz I know its still good and running strong.
Asking price: $500 o.b.o. without the stereo
$800 with it.
