Hey all, I am new to the site, and must say, it seems like a great place already.

I am looking for a workout that I would be able to do at home. The only thing is that I am coming off a long break due to a sports injury and am not looking at overworking myself right away. My goal is to be in good shape and well toned, I am not looking at building too much. As well, I am big into golf, so I wouldn't mind increasing my flexibilty as I have lost a lot of it again due to the sports injuries.

Any and all help would be appreciated.

that's a pretty general question....there's not a hell of a lot you can do at home. Jog on the spot? pushups? sit-ups? lol

Get a gym membership.

You'll need dumbbells for this workout - search that site for others too.

Yourself fitness for the xbox. It's kind of girly and repetative, but it's the first program that's kept me pretty consistant. There's another thread about it in here somewhere.
