Hey..

I guess this is directed mainly at the mods, but here it goes...One of my buddies attempted to sign up for beyond.ca, the only problem was when he tried, he got rejected because of his e-mail address. He said it was something about the address not coming from an internet provider that made it bad. When I signed up for my account however (February 2004) I used my hotmail account and have had no problems since. Is this some new rule or something? what can I tell him? Thanks!!

New members will have to provide an ISP email address in order to register. This has just recently been implemented.

Ok...so then what should he do? use his primary e-mail address (@shaw, etc etc?)

Ohh, I guess thats good, but it sucks for people who don't get any e-mail's from their service provider.

I'm guessing this would apply to most people overseas, not North America.

Not too many people have unlimited ISP email addresses...it's only a matter of time before the trolls are cleansed.
