HAHAHAHA
No charges will be laid?... That seems awfully easy on him. He very easily could have run a red light and seriosuly injured somebody coming across, or what if there was a pedestrian?...

This sets a bad example for all the other kids (although many of them are much older) who go joy riding.

Still, that is very funny!

he was also only travelling as fast the engine idleing (sp?) would take him. That's what? 10km/h? I'm sure someone who be able to move out of the way of a car going that slow.

Still funny though!

Yes, let's throw him in jail! Adult court, perhaps?

Yes, but still, I bet you that if a kid goes joyriding, and charges are laid against that kid, that this will come up at the trial. Unfortunately, it was a bad move not to press any charges at all.

Haha yaa wow they let him off easy....

Im sure hes not old enough to comprehend how dangerous what he did was. If anything maybe they should question his mom and how he managed to leave the house.

Maybe at 4 its a bit to young to be teaching him how to drive to?

I'm not saying to charge the kid. A lot of people have misinterpreted my statement. I'm just amazed that no charges at all were laid.
